Responsibilities:

• Photograph clients on location (schools, events, sports fields, etc.)
• Ensure proper lighting, framing, and shot variety
• Engage subjects to create natural, authentic moments
• Manage and maintain photography equipment
• Deliver high-quality images on schedule

Experience & Skills:

• 1–2+ years of photography experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras and natural lighting
• Comfortable working with children, families, and athletes
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Flexible schedule, including some weekends and evenings

Our Production Assistants ensure every shoot runs like a dream—from setup to wrap-up, you’re the go-to helper for the day.

Responsibilities:

• Assist photographers with lighting, gear, and logistics
• Help manage shoot schedules and client flow
• Set up backdrops, props, and equipment
• Keep energy positive and help clients feel comfortable
• Ensure all items are packed up and cared for post-shoot

Experience & Skills:

• No formal experience required—just a great attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting gear.
• Great with kids, families, and fast-paced environments.
• Bonus: Interest in photography or creative arts.
